Theres local grocery shops around the corner off license/Sainsburys/Tesco 5-8mins walk. Located 5 mins to Wormwood Scrubs park, and across the road from the Hammersmith hospital.

Looking for someone who is clean and considerate of the shared space and can commit to a 6months - year long contract.

£1000 (with council tax) and bills on top is ~75-100£ (max price for winter months)

I think it’s a great price for the space we’re getting and the landlady hasn’t increased the rent in years. The landlady lives overseas but is available via text to organise people in to fix stuff.
