We’re looking for someone to take the biggest room in our house Shoreditch, on a quiet street just off Brick Lane.

About the flat
It’s a four-bed house with a big shared kitchen/living area and courtyard. We’re very centrally located: Shoreditch High Street is around 5–7 minutes away, with Liverpool Street, Bethnal Green, Old Street and Aldgate East all within 15-20 min walking distance.

Bills are around £150 per month each at the moment, including council tax, utilities, WiFi and a fortnightly cleaner.

About the room
This is the biggest room in the house and takes up most of the top floor with
* A double bed
* Enough space for a separate desk/workspace for working from home
* Lots of storage space (two wardrobes and a chest of drawers)
* Own private bathroom
* Skylight above the desk area as well as another window by the bed, so it gets really good natural light.
* Unfortunately, other furniture in the pictures will be gone with our current housemate moving out

About us & what we’re looking for
You’d be living with Ezgi, Kayla and Sabrina. We’re all in our late 20s/early 30s and work full-time.

We’re all pretty busy with work, gym, running around London and generally full schedules, so while the house is social, it’s also quite calm day-to-day and we tend to keep fairly normal hours during the week.

We’re tidy and considerate of the shared spaces, with a cleaner coming fortnightly as well. We’re looking for someone similar - happy to hang out, but also independent and respectful of everyone’s space.

We’re looking for someone who is working full-time and can pass the property manager’s reference checks. No couples.
